Life Lately via Photos [May]

May was filled with enjoying nice weather outside, celebrating A’s half birthday for the first year, checking out the Fire Expo, welcomed Sophie the fish and Mother’s Day. Oh and the TOMS sale with my mom and sister which was quite an ordeal…lots of lines…lots of waiting…lots of shoes but we survived and we have a better plan if we ever go in the future – haha.

Nothing extravagant happened this last month other than just life itself and enjoying one another around here. Last week our family had a little drama when my granddad had a little spill and ended up in the hospital for 2 days (he’s fine now!) and our family all came together to help out and help get my grandmother to chemo. Our kids were total trooper though and did excellent in the car and going along for the ride. They even got to go to a fun park that we’ve never been to while we waited for grandma the second day.  B has been walking all over the place for over two weeks now and most of my current photos of him are blurry and most of what I do have are videos because it’s such an exciting time around here. He’s a total pro these days though. He’s even bending over, picking things up and standing back up to continue on his way. Where is my baby? This last weekend we spent Sunday hiking and enjoying the mountains because we don’t get up there nearly enough. I have a whole post of photos coming tomorrow just for that though. We had such a good time and spent the evening in Boulder enjoying a festival and Pearl Street. June has some big hills for us to climb with some traveling for Ryan’s job but we are just living in the moment right now and not thinking about all that travel…today anyways.

What’s been going on in your world lately?
