A Day at the Pumpkin Patch 2014

Now that we have a daughter I look forward to the holidays more than I used to. It’s not that I didn’t before but seeing the excitement and wonder on her face really makes my heart burst. This year we hit the pumpkin patch, Crazed Maze that we did last year (gosh I love the fact that when I blog I can check back and see what happened last year and watch how our family changes) and we had a lot of fun. It was a little hotter than we planned but all around we have a nice time. We explored the pumpkins, the corn pit, checked out the petting zoo, got to meet a zebra – Ziggy, then we on a hay ride. Naturally at the end we brought some pumpkins and gourds home. We had a great time spending time as a family and enjoying one another.  Here are some snapshots of our weekend!

This next weekend we are carving our pumpkin! I can’t wait to see how much A loves digging around in the pulp and making a mess – ha! Definitely expect photos next week.
