I was “introduced” to Stephanie, the owner of Sand and Starfish last year, when she won a giveaway of our Shop’s Smelly Jellies. I then found her blog, connected with her on twitter, and found her etsy shop.
And she ordered from me again at the end of last year.
Sand and Starfish is out of Panama City Beach, FL, and opened on Etsy in April of 2010, and this shop is full of
Although, I don’t get to buy handmade as much as I would like to, her shop was one I have had on my list to make a purchase from. So one day I had a little extra money, and decided to purchase this adorable clutch, by the name of:
Vintage Zippered Pleated Pouches – Patio Umbrella
I bought this in May, so being in my first trimester, still battling nausea, plus knowing summer was coming up which only means one thing: Drag Races and Demo Derbies – I knew I needed something to put in my bag for the misc stuff I needed, from precautionary tools to fight the never ending pregnancy nausea (hence the mouth wash below), to the need for hand-sanitizer or wet-wipes at events with outdoor restroom facilities.
Little did I know how much I would actually love this pouch, and how roomy it indeed was.
See all the stuff I am able to cram in this baby? And honestly there is still room! Lip Balms, Lip Gloss, Mouthwash, Hand Sanitizer, small container for meds, wet wipes and a pen! And there have been days where I have only wanted to use my pouch for errands so I put my little mini-card wallet in there, my sun glasses, my pen, and my phone, along with my lip wear and I’m set to go.
And let me tell you a little bit more about Sand and Starfish – this girl is constantly coming out with new adorable stuff that makes me want to spend even more of my money! Like this ridiculously adorable ruffle clutch, and her new She Wears Sea Shells Line, including some of the most adorable sea shell necklaces, including this one.
Seriously – go connect with her, you will love Stephanie as much as I do, and her shop.
