The Seven Day Push is a community of people looking to improve their lives one week at a time. Each week a new challenges arises for us to push ourselves to be the very best we can be. The goal is to show ourselves how easy change can be when it’s done in small increments and how a lot of little goals can accomplish something major. The process is pretty simple. Every Sunday a new challenge begins. Then, anyone that chooses to participate in the challenge can do so. You can blog about it, tweet about it, or even say nothing – it doesn’t matter. You participate in whatever form that you want to. If you do blog about it, you are encouraged to link-up with the challenge so we can help each other grow as a community. There aren’t any rules or requirements to join in on the fun. You don’t have to post a button or sign-up. You don’t have to participate in every challenge or even let anyone know that you are participating in the challenges. It’s about what works for you and your lifestyle. It’s about making the changes you want to make when you want to make them. I personally have never been good with change that was forced upon me so why should this be any different?
