Candy & Weight loss

My sweet friend Candy has been in town and she left this morning very early.  I have been absolutely spoiled the last week and a half seeing her almost every day and enjoying her company.  But, now she will be back in South Carolina where I talked to her via gmail chat every single day, sitting down and enjoying coffee, or lunch is so much more special.  She is dying to be back in Colorado – so I’m keeping my fingers crossed for her that her husband gets a job back here!  It will be so very lovely to have her back.  She, too, is a Taurus and we are so much a like when it comes to so many things.

This is the only photo that I have with Candy…

While she was here though,  this last weekend she was so kind and took Ryan’s and I’s photos! I’m so excited about this!!  I cannot wait to see them, we haven’t ever had professional photos done together except our wedding, and to be honest I’m over them! it will be nice to have some new ones.  Our engagements photos were great but it was one of those, “here grandma use my camera and take a few snaps!” So, I feel very lucky to have such a talented photographer as my friend!  Lets just say, you will be getting to see the photos the day I get them! And then I’ll be updating that blog header of mine! 😉  In exchange, I gave her a massage, and helped her find where her migraines are coming from and how to relieve them.  Needless to say, she is a very happy lady!

I’m still on Xyngular – which is the weight loss product I started.  I’m on day 6. I’ve lost 6 lbs – lost 3″ around my hips, 2.5″ around my waist, 1″ around my thigh and a 1/2″ around my arm. So the progress is good.  Love handle are gone! 😉 My brother gave me the whole “What the hell? why are you losing weight? Why are you on a diet! You are a size 6” lecture – and my sister in law laughed when I told her I was on a diet – so I want to explain a little something, and I explained it to my husband.  These are my “why’s” of Xyngular – I have to love what I look like and be comfortable in my own body, naked unclothed, natural & real. Which is something I tend to struggle with, for whatever reason.  My cholesterol is something that I have to keep control of because of my heart, and this product has done that for many, so I’m doing it for health reasons too.  I can’t sell something without having results myself, and doing through it myself.

Verdict, I’m really liking the product.  I like it because it’s all natural, it makes you decrease your calorie intake, it helps naturally speed your metabolism and honestly I have A TON of energy even without coffee.  I also like that it helps turn your fat into lean muscle – so it’s not something that I’m going to look anorexic, I lose what my body can and needs to. Period.

Bet this post was a little different than you thought by just reading the title! 😉

You always look perfect to me, Kristina, but it’s your body and if your goal is more energy and a slimmer you then I applaud you for getting with the program as long as it is proven safe and effective. I am eager to see your new pictures when they become available. I also want to thank you very much for your kindness in visiting my blog today and extending anniversary wishes. It meant a lot to me!

Gosh , that weight loss is pretty impressive by the inches you have lost all over. I guess with your heart problem, you have to stay really healthy and I wish you good luck with your eating plan. Dont go overdoing it though! Sorry , that’s the mum part of me coming out!! How lovely to have had your friend visiting. I expect you are missing her again now. I’m really looking forward to seeing her photos of you both. Hugs.

So happy your friend came to visit. Where in SC is she from? That’s where I am. Hope you share some of those professional pics with us when they are done. Having a good friend come to visit it awesome isn’t it? I miss my friend Shelly who came down the first year we were here but now has a son heading to college and a daughter not far behind so money is tight!!! Still wish she could come on down. Great post! Happy!!

It would have been nice for you to see your friend and I hope she does move back closer to you. Now I am a big a beautiful woman and I am happy with who I am now but that was not always the case. It is not easy comeing to love yourself when you are not the size you would like to be…..
