We eat a LOT of salads in our house. Usually about 3-5 a week. For years I would usually only eat Ranch or Dorothy Lynch. Delicious. Quite some time ago we were making Italian Dressing and we had an idea…add Balsamic Vinegar to our dressing. It was such a good idea. We played with the perfect balance and honestly, we think we have found it. We make this dressing all the time and we use it in recipes!
