Onto the 17th Week…

So the updates:
How Far Along: 16 official weeks, in our 17th week.
Average Size: 5-6 inches (crown to rump), roughly 6 oz.

Weight gained/loss: –10lbs – still haven’t gained weight from when I lost it. Dr. says there is nothing to worry about, and I’ll probably gain all baby – which there isn’t complaints coming from me – plus, makes it so easy to feel everything (where the baby is laying, moving, etc.)!
Cravings: Depends – mostly food that isn’t in the house, or fast food – none of which occur very often.
Maternity Clothes – none yet. Am using the hair-tie trick on one pair of shorts.
Sleep: Pretty good – minus getting up 2 times a night to pee, and except for Tuesday night when I got up at 4:30 and dear husband decided to set his alarm for 4:40am to get up at 6 – so much for sleeping with an alarm going off every 10 minutes for an hour and a half – but I digress.
Best Moment of the Week: This morning I could really feel baby moving!!
Movement: Movements are getting bigger and bigger, and I’m loving every minute of it. I can feel where the baby lays – which is neat, and I love feeling it kick!
Symptoms: Back pain, insomnia (when I first go to bed sometimes), periodic fatigue.
Gender:  We aren’t sure yet, but we’ve had a strong feeling it’s a boy and so does everyone else.

Belly Button in or out: In.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Not really, sometimes smoked sausage, and pineapple orange juice.
Labor Signs:
No!
Wedding ring on or off: On!
What I miss:
Pre-pregnancy? Honestly – Beer. Yep, I said it.
What I am looking forward to:
Ryan being able to feel the baby, which I think will be very soon.

Nursery : Nothing yet – we are working on buying a house *crossing fingers* so we won’t be buying anything until we move, no sense in moving it multiple times! In-laws bought a cute little interactive seat though!
Emotions:
Ha – my poor husband. Seriously. I would like to say I’m pretty good, but I’ve been more emotional than ever before, I could be like some of the crazy, pregnant ladies I have heard though – hubby, consider yourself lucky!
Stupid things I have done: In the last few weeks…lets see… 1) Told Ryan I made him coffee…came downstairs to find the coffeemaker indeed on, but the pot empty – why? – put the grounds in but forgot the water!  2) I did custom promo products for my step-dad of the Shop Smelly Jellies and I forgot to put fragrance in one of them – whoops! Mistake was fixed quickly and Ryan has now been appointed the Quality & Control Manager! 😉
