Weekly Challenge: Define, or Redefine, Yourself

It’s that time of year….2012 is literally days away. days.away.  The blog world is filled with the new years resolution posts, and all of our hearts and minds hang on to the idea of what will or may be different about 2012.   This week’s challenge kind of encapsulates that. And it kind of encapsulates my way of thinking of the new year.  All I knew last year, was that 2011 would be a better year than 2010 – I wasn’t setting resolutions I was just going in with the knowledge that it would be a much better year.

And it was.

This year I have been doing a lot of soul searching. Especially recently. About Business. About direction. About What I want.  About Who I am.  About Who I want to be.  About This blog.

I’ve found lots of answers.

Absolutely necessary, somewhat breath-taking, heart stopping, enlightening and beautiful, wrapped up into one little box of discovery.  It’s exactly what I have needed.

There have been changes made in business, our business, my career, a realization of other passions, stepping away from one business being the focus and being introduced into another company.

It’s funny how this life works right?

So, For Me….

This challenge is ever changing. Ever challenging, and absolutely necessarily beautiful – because I think as humans we redefine a lot – in a lot of different areas of our lives, and that’s completely OK.

So going into 2012 — that’s exactly what I am going to do.

I’m going to embrace the realizations I have come to, I’m going to embrace this new business and career path, I’m going to redefine this blog (stay tuned and see the 2012 changes coming January 1), and I’m going to love it.  Love every little bit about this life.  I’m going to love it all with everything I am.
