A Day for the Mountains

Saturday we took the day to get out of the city, and take a day to soak up the beautiful Colorado mountains and scenery. We enjoyed the beautiful sun – so much so I got a little bit of a sunburn – and it’s was just so beautiful.  We loaded up Wyatt and Rudy, packed some lunches, fishing poles, and hit the road!
There is just so much beauty in the mountains, the air is fresher and the water a bit clearer.  Just another reason I love this beautiful state!

Oh, gosh…I feel so relaxed just looking at those photos! One of these days I want to go back to CO (under better circumstances) and really enjoy the nature and scenery. What a blessing that you live there and can just hop in your car and drive to that peaceful location.

And that cute photo of your pups hanging their heads out the windows…you’re killing me, girlfriend. Too much cuteness!

Oh, look at those fur babies with their faces in the wind! I can tell they were experiencing a Rocky Mountain high just like you and you man were. Thanks for putting a smile in my heart, Kristina!

So many of the adult children of my friends have moved to CO…it’s easy to see why…

Glad you had a great getaway!

    Hugs~

Gorgeous pictures. Love the dogs in the mirror. I’ve only been to the airport in Denver when I lived out west. One state I didn’t get to travel through and would have loved to. Glad you guys are happy and things have settled down for you. Hugs!!!!

It looks like you (and your “kids”) enjoyed yourselves; LOL

I love spending time in our mountains here every chance I get!

    Thanks for sharing 🙂
