I realized on Sunday night after we made homemade asian food, that I have never shared these couple of things with you… I hated asian before Ryan and now I am in love with it. I liked Asian food, but only from our local HyVee, silly I know but Sushi. Bleh, that was another story – it was a fear, and something I just knew I hated. Then Ryan happened who loved sushi! So, he finally got me to try it and I, again, am in love. So, we started making Asian food at home, and this is by far my favorite meal we make. It’s not very often we make it but when we do, we kind of go all out. Sushi (usually shrimp tempura, and California rolls), Pot stickers, egg rolls, spring rolls, crab rangoons, fried rice, and Sunday we made some Teriyaki Chicken – which we normally don’t do. Keep in mind, we usually don’t make all of these things at once (like this time we left our the shrimp tempura roll and the spring rolls, but I swear I can’t get enough of this yummy food! With being married to a chef, I’m a bit spoiled..
