The Eve of Christmas Eve we spent the evening celebrating our First Annual Christmas with our friends Katy and Daniel, which was a nice evening of food, gifts and games. Which was a nice time! We always have a nice time when we get together with these lovely and dear friends of ours, Katy and Daniel.
<---This is them with their hand painted John Deere Mailbox that we made for them! (The green – (Spray paint courtesy of my dear hubby), and the yellow was the work of art of my free-hand art work. Not as perfect as I wanted…but it had to do! 🙂
We spent Christmas Eve, with these two lovely people, my great grandparents – Grandma and Ed, along with my a couple of my aunts, uncle, cousins and my grandmother Beverly, my dad and my brother – enjoying each other’s company, chatting about the year, about life and about family, while enjoying good food. We had a very nice time!
Christmas morning we skyped into the In-Laws to surprise them thanks to my lovely sister-in-law, Heather! 🙂 She set it all up! So, although we couldn’t be in Colorado we got to see them yesterday and open gifts via skype! 🙂 It was so nice to see them! I really thought it was great so I know that my husband was excited, since this is the first year we haven’t celebrated with them! 🙂
We even skyped in through gmail and surprised my grandparents which was a nice surprise since neither of them even know you could do anything like video chatting!
The Pups all enjoyed their yummy Christmas DentaBones! Wyatt, our Bichon was by far the best at unwrapping his and helped Rudy (the Yorkie) shred the paper off of this… We had to get all of the unwrapping started of course, but the little ones were a lot better at unwrapping… We had to completely unwrap all of miss Emerson’s! 🙂
My brother and his girlfriend came in the evening and opened presents and ate dinner, with us last! It was nice for my dad to have all of us together for the holidays for once! 🙂
We hope all of your Christmas celebrations were lovely! 🙂
